I don't wanna give it 5 stars because i'd like it all for myself. Dr George's really works. Dont put too much in your mouthguard otherwise you could end up with sone issues - it also might temporarily cause sensitivity in the gums but it goes away after few days. I love this whitener and I am so glad we can now buy it here. I have been using it for several years in the uk. Realistically i don't need to do my teeth more than 3 tines a year - so it lasts ages. Best ever home whitening kit that actually works However - use it properly to avoid any issues
