If the product you purchased from us is faulty You MUST address all the quality issues within 30 days of delivery -not after you start using the product. Unless the product comes with any extra warranty, we will not be able to take any responsibility after 30 days. Especially for hair extensions and wigs. No Exchange or Refund after 30 days of receiving the product unless that product comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
We will not accept any order cancellation or refund request once the tracking number is provided and the product is on the way. Once customers receive the goods, they can initiate returns by following all the requirements

Should you decide within 30 days of the delivery date- that you do not like the product, you are most welcome to send it back for exchange or for a refund. Otherwise, we will calculate that as “loss of Sale” which we could have in that period.

Please send photos and videos of the product before you send them back. Return must be approved by our team.
Once we receive the product we will inspect and if everything is ok with our terms and conditions, we will refund within 5 Business days. Any delay from Payment methods like Pay-Pal or After pay or any of the payment methods is not our Responsibility. We will send the proof of refund and you will have to contact them.
We reserve our right to reject a refund or exchange if we are not satisfied with the supporting proof you provide us. Subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty where products are defective within that period - we might agree to repair, provide you a replacement, provide you a store credit or refund - but you might ask to send the product back to us for proper inspection and we will check for our terms and conditions for the warranty validity.
Arrived faulty We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we are very hopeful that you might never receive a faulty product from us. IF, on a rare occasion that happens, the product is faulty or develops issues during our 30 days period or gets damaged during shipping, please contact us right away. And if we can figure out that the problem is from our side, we will take responsibility for that. BUT Customers must have to update us about any "received damage products " within 48 hours of delivery. In both of those cases please send us an email explaining the problem with the proof (photos) and we will get back within 48 hours and find the best outcome. If 5 business days have passed since you started a return and you have not sent the item back or did not send the tracking number - we might cancel the return. If the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty after that 30 days period, please send us an email with the proof of the issues and we will get back within 24 hours and find the best outcome.
If you are required to return the item to us, please do the packaging properly to avoid damage. We do not accept liability for refund and exchange if the product is damaged during transit back to us.
