I’m a 63yr old woman, I love using it daily hoping to strengthen my muscles and increase fitness. Somehow I ended up with extra bits. It comes fully dismantled and you will need tools (spanner and sockets, size 17mm, also 13 or 15mm I think? Ended up buying an electric ratchet) and have a knack for reading instructions and putting it all together which took me 2days.
