Simply beautiful. Simply Affordable. Indigo Bathrooms is a Sydney based design studio producing high-quality, Australian designed and sustainably made bathroom fittings. After experiencing the frustration of trying to find well designed bathroom fittings that kept her renovation projects on budget we have used our 10+ years of experience in the bathroom industry to create Indigo. We set out to create a simply designed collection of well-designed, functional bathroom products made from sustainable materials for practical renovators. Our journey coexists with yours, we want to take the complexity and cost out of renovation to make things beautiful simple and beautifully affordable.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

  • 5 Year Ceramic Disc Cartridge, Aerator, Flex Pex Hose
  • 1 Year Labour, Finishes, Pull Out Hoses, Ceramic Disc Spindles

Bathroom Accessories

  • 5 Year replacement product
  • 1 Year Labour, Finishes, Wall Fixings, Mounting Brackets

Toilet Suites, Cisterns & Pans

  • 10 Years replacement product
  • 2 Year replacement product or parts - valves

Product Care and Maintenance

The materials used in our products have been carefully chosen to comply with Australian Standards and Water Efficiency Labelling Standards (WELS) requirements.

Soap, washing-up liquid, mild detergents, non abrasive hand and face creams, shaving soap and hair cream will not harm the product in any way.

In order to preserve appearance with minimum effort, we offer the following advice. These recommendations are intended to assist you, our customer. They are based on our experience and judgment but must not be regarded as amounting to a legal warranty or liability on our part.

Toilet Suites

Use a mild household detergent or warm soapy water and clean with a soft cloth.

Tapware, Showers and Accessories

Products should be cleaned with a mild liquid detergent or warm soapy water.

Do not use cream cleaners or citrus based cleaning products, as they are abrasive

Use of unsuitable cleaning agents may damage the surface. Any damage caused in this way will not be covered by warranty.

Commercial Warranty

Commercial Warranty is 1 Year replacement product or parts only
