Returns Policy

Kent Paper & Packaging will offer you a refund provided that:

The items are returned within 28 days of delivery.
The original tax invoice is included with the returned item.
The item is in a re-saleable condition. This means it must be in its original packaging unopened, unused and in its original condition.
Items can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the customer’s order. Conditions about the re-saleable conditions still apply.
Kent Paper will not refund the freight costs under any circumstances.
Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. Any returns arriving COD will not be accepted.
If Kent Paper & Packaging is not satisfied that these conditions are met, we reserve the right not to offer a refund
