    The product is perfect. However, the seller is not. The seller will "dispatch" in 24 hours and provide a tracking number, however, the item is not dispatched. The tracking number provided will say "Shipping information received from shipper" but then no other scans.

    These containers are excellent. I use them for storing laundry powder and they are perfect for this, given the laundry can at times be a damp environment, the tins the powder arrives in are subject to rust. My hubby loves the pop top mechanism. It has made our laundry routine so much simpler and quicker. I'll definitely be buying more of these. Highly recommended.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast.

You must be 18 years or older in order to purchase knives in NSW and most other Australian states and territories. It is the buyer's obligation that they ensure they know their state's rules and regulations in regards to knives and to make sure they are not breaking the law by purchasing knives from our store. We will not take any responsibility for false representation by the buyer. By participating on this website and purchasing the knives, you agree that you are 18 years or older and understand the rules and regulations in relation to knives in your own state or territory.

Returns Policy

1. You changed your mind

  • We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
  • Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
  • Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, we will happily replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
