Kotomi Swim pieces are made from high quality lycra that can stretch up to one size larger while still maintaining their shape. Due to our range of cuts and levels of coverage for each style, please refer to the specific sizing table for each style for the most accurate sizing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Treat with care
• Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron
• Do not twist or wring
• Avoid rough surfaces
• Hand wash separately in cold water and lay flat to dry

RETURNS POLICY

Kotomi Swim strives to ensure all of our customers are absolutely in love with their purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for all purchases as we understand that sometimes sizes and cuts may be a little tricky.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us for return confirmation and refer to our Returns/Exchange policy below:

1. All returns and exchanges need to be mailed back with our completed returns/exchanges form within 14 days of the date of delivery.
2. Items must be received unworn unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene liner in tack. Please try your swimwear piece over underwear for sanitary reasons.
3. Unfortunately we currently don’t offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. All returns will be issued as an e-store credit.
4. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Please note that Kotomi Swim is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We do our best to accept all items that are returned to us. However in the event that an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy above we will have to send it back to you.
