We are a builder. Maxiline BT32 dumpy level is sufficient for our used. The quality of the item is really good comparing with the more expensive branded ones. it also came with a very decent tripod and 3m staff. Very happy with the product in term of quality and value for money. Will definitely be buying more when needed and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.

From 28 March to 14 April 2024, our store will be closed for business holiday. All orders made during this period will be shipped from 15 April 2025. The cut off time for 27 March dispatch is 12:00pm.

WARRANTY/REFUND/RETURN
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• 12 Months Back To Base Warranty from the date of purchase, which does not include any physical damage, user misuse and consumables.
• Replacement warranty for D.O.A. goods. If dead on arrival damage is found upon receiving, please contact immediately and we’ll get back to you with a resolution.
• REFUND can only be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product. The shipping and insurance component is not refundable.
• Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
