Very happy with my “Barbie The Movie Pink Corvette Convertible”. The first one that was shipped to me, arrived with damaged packaging, and as a Barbie collector, this wasn’t suitable. However, after getting in contact with the seller, they were very helpful and arranged a return label for me to send the faulty item back, to exchange it for one in mint condition (which they went to considerable trouble to organise for me). The new Barbie Corvette was then shipped to me in a very speedy manner, packaged very carefully and arrived in mint condition, as promised. I couldn’t be happier.

This was the only Dental kit on the market for kids & one that offered an assortment of tools. It's pretty good for what you get, my kids loves it & that's the main thing. I like the fact it comes with braces & other things, gives your kids an insite into dentistry. I'll give it a thumbs up.

RETURNS:

Lemony Gem Toys & Collectables has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us to arrange for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in, including in the original packaging.
A partial refund only is valid for the below circumstances:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error
- Any item that is returned after the 30 day period

REFUNDS:

If the item you have received is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund including the original postage costs.
If you wish to return an item due to Change of Mind, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you and either approve or reject your refund.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend you use a traceable shipping service as we can not be held responsible for return items being damaged or lost in transit.
