My buffet arrived before the estimated time. It was in perfect condition. The company kept me informed all the time and sent me photos of my individual order before it left the warehouse. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase it looks fabulous.

Excellent finish, draw leaf mechanism works well. Very solid, so heavy, needs two people to turn it over after attaching the legs.

This table is well made with dovetail joins etc and looks stylish. It is neat and compact and doesn't take up too much space in my small entryway. It is perfect for the area. It took a while to arrive however the seller was excellent - phoning me several times to keep me in the loop with the situation.

RETURNS:
If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, please contact us with 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unmarked, in original condition and neatly wrapped in original packaging.
Once your return item as been received and inspected you will be issued with a refund for the product price.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

WARRANTY:
All products from Living Elements are covered with a 12-month warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. This only applies to residential customers.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
Delivery charges are inclusive of full insurance.
If your item has been damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement item at our cost.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival and report any freight damages within 24 hours of receipt.
The damaged item needs to be returned packaged in the condition it was received.
If you wish to arrange for a refund instead of a replacement, the return will then be considered under the above change of mind policy.
