Shipping Within Australia:

We ship to any location within Australia,  Shipping fees are charged based on the weight of your package and are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase.

Orders should arrive within 3-10 business days.

International Shipping:

We ship to countries in the continents: North America, Europe/UK, Asia, Australia/New Zealand.  Please select your location/region at the checkout.  International shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total order.  All international orders are shipped using an express international service.

Please note: Due to their size, Extra Large bedding items cannot be shipped internationally

Exchange/Refunds/Faulty items

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to organise the exchange or refund.  We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund and exchange procedure.

We suggest sending returns via a shipping method with tracking capabilities as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
