Delivery varies by location, please allow 3 - 9 business days for delivery

 

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns:

Bubble Kitchen & Bathrooms will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days from the date of order. if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge of the purchase price of the good paid, and return items back to BDO will be at the customers' expense.

All goods are inspected on return prior to refunding/exchanging. Returned goods must be in its original factory packing condition with proof of purchase and must be returned within next 30 days.

Under no circumstances exchanges will be offered for discontinued items, special non-stocked items or special orders that are Non-Refundable (ie. spa baths, stone tops, heated towel rails, custom made).

 

Damaged Items Returns or Missing Goods:

All goods purchased from Momo Kitchen & Bathrooms must be checked before pick up/delivery and installation. If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We take no responsibility for any items found to be defective or damaged or wrong sizes after installation.

 

Warranty Policy:

 

Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Please contact us for any further enquiries.

Should an issue arise with your order, please contact customer service via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

- Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
- Your invoice number or any other proof of purchase;
- Any other details we may need to process your claim;

 

The warranty cover does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, scratches, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, physical alteration, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, natural disaster or any other external causes.
