Remember if it doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can always return it and we will gladly exchange or refund it for you!
Note: For hygienic reasons we cannot exchange worn socks and underwear. All items must be returned by you in original condition and packaging, accompanied by a Mosmann Australia invoice number.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If not simply send it back within 30 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange or refund it for you! Please note that returned items must be in its original box or packaging.
Goods on which a returns is not available
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (Usually around 72 hours of receipt) your refund/exchange will be processed and credit/s will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days and you will get a confirmation email.
Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility as well as its safe arrival to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. We recommend posting the item back with mail tracking although rare sometimes item's can go missing in transit we will not be responsible for non arrivals . You will be notified by our warehouse staff when the goods have arrived.
Cancellations after ship out will need to be returned at the purchasers expense and must be received by our warehouse prior to any refunds.
