    Fantastic little vacuum. This is my second one. I had my first one a few years ago and the battery died… and I replaced it with a different brand machine. Coming back to this genie was a great choice. It is quiet and usually gets home to its charge spot. It also doesn’t have the big roller to get tangled with hair, only the the little rollers, so it is fairly quick and easy to clean out. Highly recommend for people with long hair and cats.

    I just love it, the fact that is glass I love my air fryer, I never thought I could cook so many things in it. Just imagine no guilty feeling when you have chips! And they come out perfectly. I have cooked fish and prawns in it and they were delicious. Never thought it was going to be so easy to use as I hate reading instructions… Also a big thanks to mydeal for the prompt delivery.

Change of mind policy

A change of mind is where a product is not faulty, but you wish to return it for another reason which may include, but is not limited to:

You chose the wrong colour/size/product
You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs
Your personal opinion of the quality
You have otherwise changed your mind and no longer want the product

Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of each Seller on a case by case basis. Please contact us to check if your return can be accepted by the Seller. 

If the Seller allows a change of mind return, they will ask you to follow their own policies and procedures for return. Items that are returned without the Seller's approval will not be eligible for a refund. 

Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally, items still are damaged in transit.

Not to worry, we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped), we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.

We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

We pride ourselves on helping you with your order at every step of the way and work hard to make sure we meet your expectations both from a product and service quality perspective.

Unfortunately, returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot, office or warehouse facilities.
