This is top quality this vacuum and aesthetically pleasing to the eye which is an added bonus and the battery life on this far exceeds what it says it will do. I've never ever had an issue with it. I've had it for a few months now and I love it. I've recommended it to family and friends

This is a beautiful candle, it smells gorgeous and can be smelt right throughout my home without being overpowering. It burns really well and I've gotten a lot of burn time out of it ( I use it every day) When I get close to the bottom I use that in my melt warmers....making the most of every last bit. I'll definitely order this again.

Great vacuum. Just lift chairs and let it get on with cleaning overnight. When finished, it returns to the base so it is easily located in the morning.

Its a little rippa, make sure you down load the app to adjust the sound to the way you like it. On my first use UE boom it sounded tinny but then I could adjust the bass and treble with the app. Its really good, its alot lighter and easier to carry. Thankyou

Change of mind policy
A change of mind is where a product is not faulty, but you wish to return it for another reason which may include, but is not limited to:
You chose the wrong colour/size/product
You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs
Your personal opinion of the quality
You have otherwise changed your mind and no longer want the product
Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of each Seller on a case by case basis. Please contact us to check if your return can be accepted by the Seller.
If the Seller allows a change of mind return, they will ask you to follow their own policies and procedures for return. Items that are returned without the Seller's approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally, items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry, we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped), we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.
We pride ourselves on helping you with your order at every step of the way and work hard to make sure we meet your expectations both from a product and service quality perspective.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot, office or warehouse facilities.
