this is a gift for my grandsons birthday. he hasnt received it yet but I have seen it in action elsewhere - which is why I bought it. safe to play inside, with soft bumpers and it's a lot of fun. and as usual it was delivered very quickly

Returns / Change of Mind Policy: We will accept change of mind returns on the following basis, all requirements must be meet to be valid:
a) returned within 14 days of receiving order;
b) as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
c) in a resalable condition; and
d) not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries.
To return your item for change of mind, you must follow our returns process, outlined below:
1. Arrangements of return & all associated cost must be covered by the customer.
2. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
2a. If a refund is requested the restocking will be deducted from refund amount.
2b. If a store credit is requested the restocking fee will be deducted from total credit given.
Finally, If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address. Therefore no refund or credit will be processed until the item is received back and inspection. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Policy: All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any product that is deemed to have a manufacturing fault will be covered under our 12 month manufacturers warranty policy. In the event that your item is faulty please contact our customer service team with the following details:
· your full name and address;
· the original order number; and
· the reason for claiming the refund or exchange.
On receipt of the claim our Customer Service team will review the issue and work with you to resolve the claim. We reserve our right to provide spare parts, replace or refund the item depending on the issue.
This Faults and Warranties policy does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear
· Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
· Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
· Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
· Damage to external or product packaging only
· Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour or finish
