I love this Himalayan salt lamp . I also love having a switch to brighten or dim the lamp as other ones were too bright.

The product is AOK but I always find the delivery system slow and vague compared with Kogan. It seems to me that there is room for a great deal of improvement. That said, the products eventually arrive.

Quickly delivered. Works immediately with a press of one button. Much prefer infra-red as alternative Bluetooth remote requires "pairing up" with boxset which is a fussy process and can take several attempts. This remote is bigger and the buttons are firmer to press. Just an observation. The price is a great deal and the remote works well.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
