    This bowl is an excellent size and shape for my cat. He seems to be able to access the food much better with this bowl than a larger and deeper bowl (the bowl is much more shallow than any others I could find.

    Good so far changing the blades is not easy and I'm stuck with the same one on the handle. And no instruction. I don't want to break it. But the blade is nice and sharp.

Returns & Replacements
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we will take it back and refund you the full amount you paid for the item within 30 days of when you received it – so long as it is unopened and still in resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded & Return Postage will be on you.
We do our best to make sure everything is posted out in a way to minimize damage, but sadly sometimes things do go wrong. If a product does arrived damages, please email us a photo of it. We will either send a replacement or give you a replied paid address to send it back and we will give you a full refund including postage costs you would have paid.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
