Bought for my sister and husband to sleep on who are visiting from Canada. It’s a very comfortable mattress - they love it too! Highly recommended.

The original bed was missing 2x slats but customer service was amazing and they sent me out a replacement bed really quickly... which had all its slats. Assembly takes a bit, however it is super simple. Bed is slightly squeaky, but typical for any metal bed so no complaints there. Overall great bed for price. Good for temporary or long term use.

The bedsides are very nice. I just wish the matching bed and mattress would be delivered so I could enjoy my purchase.

1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
