  • Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays:
    • 2-3 business days for metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide
    • 3-5 business days for Perth, Gold Coast, Wollongong and Newcastle
    • 5-10 days for all other regions
  • NOTE:
    • Standard delivery is done by a single driver who will bring your item(s) to the door only and not inside
    • In-Home deliveries can be arranged, please contact us to discuss
    • Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for transit damage and let us know immediately if there are any issues
    • Standard delivery is not available to PO Boxes or remote islands, however please contact us if this applies to you and we will be happy to help arrange a solution!

WARRANTY POLICY

Restaurant Equipment Online warrants all new equipment to be free from defects including factory used materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability in every possible way. All new products are backed by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Some products come with extra warranties from their specific manufacturers.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear and items which wear out as a result of usage such as blades, bearings and batteries.
  • Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse; such as overloading of motors and stripped gears as a result of exceeding maximum listed capacity of machinery.
  • Products which have not been maintained (for example, filters not regularly cleaned), or which have been modified.
  • Damage to packaging only;
  • Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish; and
  • Very minor chips, dents or superficial blemishes.
  • Equipment which has been opened, serviced or modified without Restaurant Equipment Online's prior consent

 

30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

Please check deliveries within 24 hours of receiving and check for any damages from transit. If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the initial and return delivery fees. If your item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, please note that the actual initial delivery cost (which would have been applied had the item not been on promotion) will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost. Please also note that a re-stocking fee of 25%, excluding shipping charges of the full purchase price may apply.

To organise a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item including images of your product in the original, unopened packaging and we will be in touch with further details.

It’s important for your item to be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the guarantee. If items have been opened, used or are not returned in all original packaging, the guarantee will be voided. This is simply because our suppliers cannot resell an item as brand new once it has been opened. They then need to discount the item it to sell it again. It is therefore at their discretion whether to apply a restocking fee or not and their decisions are final.
