I have only opened the box when it arrived just to make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. It looks great but is not yet installed. I'm sure I will be happy with it, it's for my Laundry.

It is a nice tap well made. Elegant looking tap. Its not installed yet so i cant comment on the function side.

Happy with product, not so happy with delivery. In looking at the tracking, parcel sat at Strafield for 4 days or more before being sent on, Aust Post is not the best way to send parcels!

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.
Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
