All products you buy from Homesoul comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. We will happily replace any faulty product that is deemed to be 'faulty' by Homesoul, with equivalent value product (not equivalent price).
'Faulty' relates to any manufacturing defects as determined by Homesoul. It does not apply to: staining, flattening of the pile, shading or watermarking, reasonable fluffing or pilling, damage to over locking, products exposed to direct sunlight, products used in a commercial or extreme high traffic area.
Warranty does not apply to products damaged by incorrect cleaning or cleaned with incorrect or inappropriate cleaners.
Returns Policy
In Case of Received Damage Products: Please don't accept delivery from courier company. In case you had please contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because of hygiene.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
