Good product. It's very easy to install the replacement filter. Sa Appliance Warehouse took weeks to dispatch the item and only did so after prompting from customer service several times. They offered no response or apology to any emails requesting they send the product.

All products we sell offer an in house manufacturer's warranty given by the manufacturer. If a fault occurs you can contact us with your order details and we will send the product off for repair/replacement depending on the manufacturer's choice in how to deal with the fault.
We accept returns for damaged stock and dead on arrival stock however we do not accept returns for change of mind on the products.
