Based in Sydney, Australia, we are a family owned and run company. While we have only been providing our online service since 2014 our parent company has been in business since 1995. We believe all women should feel confident & beautiful and at Saucy Ladies, we provide a range of resort wear and apparel ranging from everyday basics to chic Bohemian, in a variety of sizes and styles. We are committed to sourcing and supplying quality, beautiful apparel and accessories from around the world for our customers as well as providing excellent customer service and affordable prices. We are constantly evolving and love bringing out new ranges and brands with different price points to suit all budgets. We're definitely not the biggest in the business but we do pride ourselves on our service and have many repeat customers, both nationally and internationally, who we love to keep in touch with.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not refund or exchange sale items unless faulty. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unless item is faulty, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Exceptions:

 

  • Merchandise that has been worn, (apart from being tried on) used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • We do not charge a re-stocking fee but we do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.
