Express post

Items shipped out via express post are usually delivered within 1-2 business days once your order has been dispatched, subject to peak periods such as Christmas. 

International Orders

International orders may take up to 14 business days.

Size Guide:

Small is suitable for phones up to an iPhone 6s and Samsung Galaxy s6. Will fit all other phones with a screen size up to 6inches.

Large is suitable for phones up to an iPhone 13 and Samsung Galaxy s21.

It will fit all other phones with a screen size up to 7inches.

Material:

Seaquatix's outer shell is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with a secure patented lock system. Our products are IPX 8 certified for 20 meters up to 2 hours.

Care instructions:

• Store in a cool dry place after use.
• Rinse with fresh clean water after use.
• Do not overload with sharp objects.
• Do not expose to excessive heat or toxic chemicals.

Tips:

• Use thumbs to open lock system on both ends. Place phone or valuables into Seaquatix. Ensure all air is pushed out before sealing. Align lock system into place and close.
• Once underwater, use the volume key on your phone to take photos and videos or hit record before going underwater.
• For iPhone user that require a fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone - please activate temporary floating home button in settings as Apple has removed the physical home button and replaced it with a fingerprint sensor to access your apps.
