I didn’t read instructions properly, and it was too big for my house, several floor-to-ceiling, but I worked it out, and I wedged it up very nicely and my cats go nuts on it climbing all the way up to the ceiling

Order cut off dates for delivery before Christmas:
To get items by Christmas, orders must be placed for remote regional areas by December 12, for WA and regional areas by December 14 and for metro areas in Victoria, NSW, Queensland and South Australia by December 18.
SupermarCat provides a dependable and cost-effective delivery service to all metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia, including Tasmania. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international delivery at this time. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Most orders should arrive within 2 to 8 business days in most metro areas of major cities, while other areas may take longer.
It is important to note that delivery times may be affected by stock availability and Public Holidays, which may result in order receipt being extended up to 21 days. Rest assured, we will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. If any item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.
Our courier services do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please expect a slight delay in delivery during Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
Returns Terms & Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy for change of mind, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For any change-of-mind returns, there will be a $25 outbound and return shipping fee for standard parcel post, a $13 fee for reverse and outgoing handling for each item (based on actual cost). Express post outbound and return shipping fee based on actual cost!
