Manufactured by an OEM supplier, our ignition coil brand has established an exceptional reputation and gained the trust of mechanical workshops and trade alike, we can now offer this level of high quality to the general public. Through our understanding of automotive markets around the world SWAN Ignition Coils cover all make of vehicle, this is achieved by the use of our brand-new state of the art research and development facility that utilises the precision of German engineering. Warranty Information:

All items are brand new in original packaging unless stated otherwise in MyDeal item description and include limited 30 days money back (item cost only) to base warranty. Warranty given implies that the product will be operational and functional in the first instance upon being received by the buyer and does not extend to include damage or faults arising from additional or subsequent use of the product outside stated warranty period.

  • Items must be installed by a qualified person

  • Any claim for money back which is lodged later than 30 days after despatch date will be rejected

  • Any item returned for warranty/replacement which is received later than 12 months after despatch date will be rejected

  • Items being claimed under warranty must be returned as per details on included invoice / original receipt or other proof of purchase and be supplied with a report from a qualified person outlining the fault

  • Items which qualify for warranty replacement must be returned non soiled and possible please return the product in its original packaging

  • Please read any included instructions carefully before operating the item

  • Buyer is responsible for checking item upon delivery or within stated warranty period

  • The buyer is responsible for incurred freight cost when returning an item to seller under warranty

  • When an item is returned under warranty then a repaired/replacement item will be resent free of charge

  • A replacement item will not be sent under warranty until faulty item is first received - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • If a replacement item is not available then a refund will be issued

  • Refund will be equivalent to the sale price of the item Excluding original shipping/handling costs

  • Items which are returned on a receiver pays basis will be rejected

Warranty does not cover:

  • Faults arising from damage caused in transit

  • Crash related or other damage caused by loss of control of an item

  • Minor imperfections (if any) related to factory packaging

  • Technical support or advise related to operating or tuning of any item

  • Malfunctions or failures resulting from: misuse, abuse, neglect or alteration of an item

  • Problems and faults associated with mains electrical power

  • Usage not in accordance with product instructions

  • Acts of nature including unusual temperatures or humidity

  • Improper installation or damage determined to have been caused by the operator

  • Damage caused by non-authorised repairs without the approval of the warranty issuer

Wrong Purchases:

  • In a case of wrong purchase, buyer must contact us via MyDeal first to obtain approval for the return

  • Returns will be accepted provided the purchased items are still in brand new conditions and with original packaging

  • A restocking fee (equivalent to 15% of purchase price), along with the original postage cost which forms part of the item cost.

  • The buyer is responsible for incurred freight cost when returning an item to seller
