DISPATCH TIME

At TEGAL, dispatching customer orders in a prompt and timely manner is of the utmost importance. We aim for next-day dispatch on all customer orders during business days.

  • Monday to Friday - If the payment is cleared before 10pm, your order will leave our warehouse on the next day. Or it will be dispatched in the following business day.
  • Weekends/Public Holidays - Your parcel will be dispatched in the following business day.

Please note, during public holidays, sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery time may be delayed. During this time, please expect your parcel to be dispatched within two to three business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

You never know when you’re going to need a new charging cable, and we understand when you’re in a hurry.

If you need to put a rush on your purchase, we provide an ‘Express Shipping’ option for an extra $10 at checkout for orders within Australia. For other requirements please input your comments on the checkout page and this will let our friendly Customer Care team know your demands.

Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping on international orders.

For orders within Australia, all purchases over $39 receive free shipping.

30 DAYS REFUND RETURN POLICY:

At TEGAL, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to TEGAL within 30 days after receiving your item. We will refund you the original product cost, excluding freight charges.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

Please note:

  • The item must be returned in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
  • The item must NOT be opened, used or damaged, and must be in perfect condition when returned
  • You must NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
  • Our returns policy only applies to itemssold directly by TEGAL


60 DAYS DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY (D.O.A) WARRANTY POLICY:

TEGAL products directly sold by TEGAL are provided with a 60 day D.O.A warranty.

This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 60 days of your purchase.

Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorisation and an RMA number.

When your item is returned, the TEGAL support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you the following options:

If the item diagnosed as faulty:

  • Replacement. TEGAL will ship a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent model with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt, or the postage will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product.
  • Refund. This option is only available if an equivalent replacement cannot be provided. TEGAL may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight) and your postage.

If the item is diagnosed as not faulty:

You will have the item back to you again by shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if TEGAL determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, TEGAL may impose up to a $35 handling fee.

STANDARD WARRANTY RETURN POLICY:

Every TEGAL–branded product has one year warranty since the day you purchase. A product is considered faulty if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability. If you believe that your product is faulty and it has exceeded 60 days since you purchased. Please submit a support ticket or email the TEGAL support team at admin to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. TEGAL will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Once your item is returned, the TEGAL support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you one of the following options:

If the item diagnosed as faulty:

  • Replacement. TEGAL will ship another of the same product.
  • Repair. You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose this option, you may not request a replacement.
  • Refund. This option is only available if an equivalentreplacement or repair cannot be provided. TEGAL may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight).

If the item diagnosed as not faulty:

You will have the item back to you again by self pick-up or shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow TEGAL shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if TEGAL determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, TEGAL may impose up to a $35 handling fee.

Please note:

  • Under this policy, customers are responsible for freight chargesunder any circumstances.
  • Users who misuse, mistreat, submits a product with standard wear and tear or a product that is out of our warranty period are not covered by standard warranty.
  • A one-year warranty starts on the day of your first purchase. A replacement or repair product will not extend your warranty period.
  • The original receipt or equivalent email is required.
