RETURNS POLICY

WHAT can be returned?

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase. you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition
  • Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be returned to Theatrix within 14 days of purchase

HOW do customers return items?

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and then packed in a cardboard carton.

SHIPPING for returns

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if goods are deemed faulty
  • Shipping costs for returned goods will be for customer's account
