Very happy with this jacket... but I was sent wrong size without even letting me know they were out stock in size I ordered. Regardless, it was still okay & it is a really well made jumper for my little girl. Recommend it.

My puppies absolutely love this! It’s tough enough for 4 mth olds and we love that it holds that little bit of water without having to be running all the time!

My dog loves the sprinklers on a hot day and this is a fun way to cool off. Would recommend to other dog lovers also doubles as a bath.

Change of mind
If you change your mind about a product purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within seven calendar days from the day it was delivered to you.
To return an item for refund or exchange:
The item must be NOT used or damaged and is in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
The item must be in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, swing tags, labels, manuals, documentation, and registration that was delivered with the product.
Contact us stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return
Our Customer Service Team will then process your case, and reply to your email in 2 days and advise our return address.
Any refund for change of mind will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.
Faulty:
If there is a major failure with the item, we will offer a return for a refund or exchange.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
If after checking, the returned item is not faulty, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds for all purchases on our website will be facilitated through your original payment method.
Big & Bulky products cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has been delivered.
