We offer free Australia-wide shipping. The products will be shipped out from our warehouse in 1 - 2 business days, and the delivery normally takes 5 - 14 business days, depending on the location.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service for instructions.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.
All items must be returned in the exact condition as sent.
Non-faulty items: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
