Shipping Time - Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Damaged in transit

If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 1 day of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred.
