This Size Guide is to be used as an estimate as to what size to purchase. Styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements. Please find sizing recommendations for each item in brackets next to the size selection in drop bar or the product description.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Once payment is accepted for an order, the order may only be cancelled at our sole discretion. Once the order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellation.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us and arrange for the return of the product at your cost within 14 days of purchase. This must include an extra postage bag for us to send back your new choice of product. Wrong size choice can be exchanged for correct size at your cost. 'Change of mind' products can be exchanged at your cost, but not refunded.

Please note that goods on sale and all orders that were processed with a discount code cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Please also note that swimwear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
