Warranty


In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description. 

All products come with minimum 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty times may vary for different products. If you wish to make a warranty claim on a product purchased from our business please contact us through the messaging as the process may be different for some products.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Photos may be requested to assist in a warranty claim.

Should a warranty claim be approved we will reimburse any shipping costs to return the item. All our products have been extensively tested prior to being added to our range however failures will and do occur. Rest assured we are here to help and encourage bringing any issues to our attention.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held accountable for items not received.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the order being received and is separate from warranty claims. This is purely for if you have changed your mind and wish to return your item if a product is not fit for purpose or incorrect size. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging.
    • In a resalable condition, it can return to shelf.
    • Not damaged in any way.
    • The buyer will bear the cost of the return and a refund will be issued once eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
    • The initial shipping fee to ship the goods to the buyer will not be refunded

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely period.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
