They are as advertised, but the sizing is tight, I purchased the 41 AU but wish I had of searched for 42 if they make them, the scuff bottom is a 41 but when you push your foot into it, the fleece takes up space, which will be great in winter & hopefully as they are sheepskin fleece & leather, they will hopefully stretch, fingers crossed. Otherwise they are well made.

Great quality, very comfortable & perfect for the winter. I purchased the grey Ugg boots, but the other colours are just as nice. I would definitely purchase again if needed to

Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.
In most situations, you should be able to choose your ugg in your usual shoe size. Please be aware that the Ugg boot will stretch within a few weeks, it is okay to feel a bit snug initially.
