The reindeer are very cute, but are made from flimsy material. They are not sturdy at all. My cat broke 2 of them within hours as she walked past.

Return/exchange or refund is accepted if return is due to item defective, not as described in the list or parts damaged during post.

We will need you to print out courier return label and official Return Note. Please contact us for Return Note and Return label. We will provide you Australian Post return label, you only need to drop item to post office.
