This service is charged at an Australia-wide flat rate of $7.95 per order (which means the charge for sending a single item would be the same charge as sending an order with multiple items).
At Fragrance Heaven, we guarantee a full money back refund subject to the following conditions:
The goods must be in the same condition in which you have received them
The goods must be unopened and unused/unsprayed
The goods must be returned with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase

For all returns, please contact us with your name, order number and reason for return. From here, we will inform you of a return address and any refund details. All returns are inspected within 24 hours of return and if warranted, refunds issued immediately after.
