1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

These wheels come with a brake on them, they fit perfectly to go on the stainless steel bench above, so I can move it around the kitchen. It makes it the perfect height for me being tall. They go together really well. Thanks. Happy customer.
