The Knife   manufactured from CRMoV15 Stainless Steel. The hollow edge creates pockets of air which prevent extra thin or soft slices from sticking to the blade.

The Knife comes with an ergonomic Handle with non-slip Rubber Grip over Stainless Steel Tang.

The design of the Blade, including the transition to the Bolster, allows easy sharpening and ensures long-term perfect function for the knives in combination with proper care.
