The Shun Classic Flexi Fillet Knife delivers perfect results using little force as it slices smoothly through the flesh fibres. This quality 18cm culinary knife will reduce food preparation time and leave less waste. The full tang blade is made of AUS8A a highcarbon stainless steel which offers strength hardness and wearresistance as well as a small amount of flex while the Dshaped ebony pakkawood handle provides a superbly balanced grip. In keeping with the Samurai tradition the Shun classic range is precision forged in Japan using 100 steps and with the most advanced materials in the industry.
