NOTE:
1. Doorbell needs to be connected under WiFi of 2.4G router.
2. When the doorbell connects to WiFi for the first time, it needs to be closer to the WiFi router to connect better and faster.
3. After the WiFi connection is successful, the location of the doorbell should be within the scope of WiFi. Otherwise, the signal transmission of the doorbell will be affected, resulting in the delay of the doorbell sound or the temporary non working state. You can check the coverage of your router and adjust its location. (the wall may also affect the signal transmission.)
4. Battery: one 18650 battery can also be used, but the endurance time of using two or three doorbells will be longer.
5. Whether it is waterproof: it is not a problem to occasionally rain a small amount of rain. If the doorbell is wet by rain for a long time in the case of rainstorm, it may cause water to enter into the doorbell camera and affect the clarity of the picture. (in case of rainstorm, the doorbell can be covered with something to prevent long-term rain)
We offer a standard warranty period of days on our products, starting from the day of purchase.
Should your item become faulty or appear to have a defect within this period, please contact us via your MyDeal account
Should you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 2 days after receipt as shown per package carrier’s tracking on our tracking page.
If you contacted us after this period, we are sorry to inform you that we may not be able to offer warranty service for the damaged item as we have limited window to report damage to our package carriers.
What is NOT covered by warranty:
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of purchase.
To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via your MyDeal account

Upon purchase of applicable physical goods, customers may purchase our Extended Protection Plans (“Plans”) that ranges from 1 to 4 years.
Our Plans are offered as an optional addition to customers upon their purchase of applicable physical goods from Smart Living Box official sites.
Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.
We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.
