How to use:

• 1. Soak and wash your feet and hands in warm water.
• 2. Wait until your dry skin has softened.
• 3. Rub it gently over the calloused area, then dry your skin.
• 4. Apply some feet and hand cream
• 5. Wear the socks and gloves, moisturize the skin with the gel socks and gloves for 20-60 minutes.
• 6. Wear them at least 3 nights a week for best results.
