Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping for items that are returned because the item is no longer wanted (e.g. size, color). The buyer is responsible for return charges and the refund will be the item's cost, not shipping charges (in case of any).
Please include the original packaging, return form and tracking number in your return request. Otherwise, the return may take longer to process the refund. Once we have received the item and inspected it, we will issue the refund as soon as possible.
