• 3 grams of Citrulline malate used for increasing nitric oxide, mind blowing pumps. Proven in a study published in 2009 by Free Radical Research where professional cyclists had a greater increase in blood arginine. Numerous other clinically studies show improvement in strength training and reductions in muscle soreness published by Sports Med, the British Journal of Sports Medicine and the European Journey of Pharmacology 
• 1.6 grams of beta alanine used to reduce lactic acid and endurance 
• 1.5 grams of Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate athletes believe this helps them exercise longer with less stiffness and build up more lean body mass. Also used as a nitric oxide booster. Bodybuilders say that it keeps their muscles pumped tighter and stronger. 
• 1 gram of Betaine anhydrous can be used to promote strength, power and boost muscle protein synthesis 
• 1 gram Arginine nitrate - High concentrated version of arginine can be used to promote nitric oxide levels to increase

DIRECTIONS: Mix one scoop 15-30 minutes before training in 250mls of water. Do not exceed recommended doses.
