Note: After removed the product is removed from all packaging including its inner plastic bags, the latex core will look a bit smaller, but don't worry, it is natural after a period of compression. The length of the latex will be eventually expanded to full length. During the decompression period, you still can sleep on it. Due to the nature of natural rubber, the period of decompression may take up to 2 months.

I have to say I was worried about buying such a personalised item online. But I need not have worried. This mattress is fabulous. Like other reviewers I have a sore back. I also have sore shoulders and was finding it difficult to get to sleep or stay asleep. While it is still taking a short while to get to sleep I can now stay asleep for hours on end. The mattress is quite firm in the middle while a bit squishy on the edges. In fact when I sit on the edge I feel like I could slip off but once I'm in from the edge firm but extremely comfortable. It only too 3 business days to arrive. The Latex Pillows are useless - look like they are meant for little children - you'd never get a pillow case that size but I didn't buy for the pillows anyway.

I had a lot of anxiety about buying a mattress online. Would it be a good mattress? Would it actually arrive? First up, the mattress. It's a thing of beauty. Super supportive thanks to all the springs but lovely to lie on thanks to the latex top, I wish I'd bought it ages ago. The last of a lingering back injury disappeared, literally overnight when I started sleeping on this. As for My Deal? It says delivery will occur in 7-14 days but I recommend you check from the day after you order and keep checking because I ordered Sunday, it was in transit by Monday and arrived on Wednesday morning. Super fast!

This is a wonderful firm mattress, replacing one I paid five times as much for fifteen years ago! This mattress is just as good. I recently had back surgery and lived with constant discomfort and did not look forward to going to bed. This mattress is a back saver no morning backache.
