2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Very good ,but I had to buy a special lead to go from 15 amp to 10 amp ,other than that I am very happy with it.
