Postage & Handling: Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number. Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted. Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.
Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store. Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item. We will inform the customer prior to posting. If you have any questions or problems do arise please contact us through our email.
IElectronics will not be held directly liable for any damage or theft during the delivery process.
Pick Up Conditions: Pick up is available in store in Warrawong, NSW and must be arranged with us first. Please make contact via email to arrange this. Please bring a printed copy of your invoice when picking up.
