Shipping Details

We are based in the UK and dispatch all our orders as soon as we get them. All our items are in stock and are ready to be sent down under. 

 

We have a UK pick up at 13:00 GMT. That is 23:00 AEDT. So if you order before then we'll dispatch it the same UK day. AKA, in the early hours of the next morning in Australia.

We offer a 30 day returns period. We of all people know how hard it is to order eyewear online. So we offer our 30 days return policy. If you don't like them, they don't fit, the colour isn't quite right for you, whatever the reason, just send them back and we will refund you the cost of the item(s). 
 
We have an Australian returns address or you can send them back to our UK address. It is up to you. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item received is wrong.

  • Don't use abrasive cleaning solutions.
  • Use a microfibre cloth on the lenses when cleaning.
