Suitable for any heavy duty fishing requirements, but particularly suited for use when making Jig Assist Hook rigs, Swimerz Heavy Duty Jigging Hooks are an inline solid steel hook that is highly rust resistant and black nickel coated. There are just as many hook combinations as there are jigs and because of this, you need to select the right one for the job.
Keep in mind that a small hook in a heavy gauge steel is very hard to straighten because of the leverage points in its design construction. A size 1/0 Heavy Duty Jigging Hook doesn’t look like it would catch a 20kg kingfish but they do. If you are fishing a medium line class jigging outfit, say 5 – 7kg, and fishing 2kg of drag, than you can get away with a relatively small and light gauge hook. On the opposite side of the coin, you couldn’t run that same hook set up on a 40kg line class jig rod with 12kg of drag.
Assembling your own Jig Assist Hooks will enable you to fine tune your tackle, increasing your fishing pleasure and results.
Returns due to Change of Mind,
Returns due to change of mind may be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be returned unopen, in their original condition, and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling costs of the exchange item will be at the Buyers expense.
Returns due to Incorrect Item Received,
Buyers may return their goods if they don't match the description provided, within 7 days of the items receipt. Contact us and provide a) a full description of the problem, and b) an image of the item clearly indicating the problem.
Returns due to Damage in Transit,
Any damaged items received must be reported to Blue Seas Tackle Co within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You must provide clear images of the item and damage, and a detailed account of what has occurred, as fault may lie with the relevant delivery agent. Packages that, in our exclusive opinion, appear to have been opened prior to return will be deemed to have been interfered with, and no returns will be recognized.
If the Goods are to be returned we will issue a Returns Advice. The Customer is responsible for all costs involved in sending any goods back to Blue Seas Tackle Co. On receipt, we will generally process your return within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
5) Warranty Claim,
All goods sold by Blue Seas Tackle Co come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. For faulty products, we offer a 30 DAY* REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. (*Some products may have longer Warranty periods.) We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products.
At all times, the laws applicable under Australian Consumer Law apply. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
