The Swiss Diamond Prestige Chef's Knife has undergone an 8 stage process resulting in a German steel blade, ice hardened at -200C and taper ground to a razor sharp edge. It has a triple riveted full tang for the highest strength possible and a well defined end bolster to keep the knife from slipping in your hand and offer enhanced control as you cut, carve, chop and dice. Available in a full range of kitchen essentials, each piece in the Swiss Diamond Prestige collection is perfectly balanced and gift boxed for giving. To care for your 20cm Cook's Knife, hand washing and drying is recommended.
